Bernd Huber
Born in 1983, Bernd Huber has played the guitar from the
age of 10. Bernd's early musical development was shaped by his passion
for Blues, Rock and Funk (Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Sly and the
Family Stone etc). From then on, Bernd has dedicated more and more time
to and has grown ever more fascinated by Jazz music in all its diverse
shapes and forms.
Bernd is particularly passionate about the spontaneity and openness of
Jazz, enabling musicians to reconciliate conflicting musical elements
and drawing them together to create a perfectly balanced entity.
Bernd has worked with luminaries, such as Geoff Goodman, Paulo Cardoso
and Tizian Jost. At the moment, Bernd is reading Jazz guitar at
Munich's Richard-Strauss-Konservatorium under the famous guitarist
Peter O´Mara.
His current projects include German language Progressive Pop projects,
spacey Jazz-Fusion and the interpretation of Bill Evans' music in a
guitar trio.
